Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you ordered.

We will inspect and pack all orders before distribution. If a product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that direct communication about damaged items is completed with Robinette staff.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since many of our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits, and vegetables may not look "perfect".

Glass bottle return policy 
Milk bottles purchased through our site are subject to a deposit fee as specified during the product purchase. Please return these completely clean and labeled with your first and last name to receive your deposit back - if they are not clean and labeled we have no way to apply the deposit back to your account!

Local Food Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your subscription you can submit a cancellation request in your account settings or email us directly. We require 8+ days' notice for cancellation before your next delivery date.  If you submit a request after that deadline, you will receive your next box (or you can donate it) and then will not receive boxes after that date. Please note that canceling your Subscription does NOT automatically cancel any current orders in your cart. If you have an order on your account that you do not want to be delivered you must manually cancel that order, on your edit cart page.

 

SMS Policy

1.  Sign up to receive updates about your account and orders you've placed.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text START to the number and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by using the Contact Us page of the site.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages about upcoming order distributions, any issues with items in your orders, or if there are issues processing payment on your orders. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
