Our purpose is to steward our pocket of the Nebraska Sandhills utilizing our grass-fed bison and dairy enterprises. Since 1985, Clover Cove Ranch has been home to a commercial dairy operation. The dairy has taken on several iterations, from a commodity milk producer selling into the conventional market, to a grass-fed butter supplier for a medicinal supplement manufacturer. We milk our Grassfed A2A2 Jerseys once a day, seasonally between the months of April and December. Since 2014 we have had our own resident bison herd that roams and grazes our native Sandhills rangeland. We offer bison tours, bison meat for sale and bison hunts.
