Early Morning Harvest grows certified organic grains on our Panora, Iowa farm, which we stone-grind into flours, meals, and cereals. Just outside the Des Moines metro, near Panora, Iowa, Early Morning Harvest is rooted in a way of farming that values patience, craftsmanship, and care for the land. Our family farm is built on the belief that good food begins long before it reaches the table—it starts with healthy soil, trusted traditions, and a deep respect for where our food comes from.

Our commitment to regenerative organic farming means we focus on building healthy soil without synthetic chemicals, knowing that better soil produces better grain—and ultimately, better flour. From seed to sack, we take pride in offering products that reflect the care and intention behind every step. We grow certified organic grains and stone-mill them on-site, just as generations before us did—slowly, carefully, and with intention. This time-honored process preserves the grain’s natural nutrients, flavor, and texture, resulting in flours, meals, and cereals that are as nourishing as they are honest. Alongside our grains, we raise produce, honey, and eggs using thoughtful, sustainable practices. While fresh produce grows year-round through seasonal gardens and controlled growing systems, our focus remains on what we do best: cultivating and milling grains from field to flour, all in one place.
